A prayer for our business.

Lord Jesus, You are my Good Shepherd, and I shall not want. You laid down Your life for Your sheep, and You know me by name. I declare that You provide for every need I have. I lack nothing in You, because everything I need is already held in Your hand. All You ask of me is to follow, so today I choose to follow You.

Make me lie down in green pastures and lead me beside still waters. Restore my soul when I’m weary. Guide my steps, and lead me into greener grass: into open doors, right partnerships and the provision You’ve already prepared. I declare that You bless the work of my hands and multiply the funds You entrust to me, so that I can be a faithful steward and sow them back into Your kingdom.

Lord, I give Hephaestus to You. Let this business be a tool that grows faith in everyone it touches: my team, my partners, and everyone who sees what we build. Let every rover carry Your Word on it, so that wherever it rolls, scripture goes with it. When the settlements on the Moon, on Mars and beyond grow large enough, give me the means and the open doors to build the first chapels there. Let the first places of worship off this world be raised to Your name.

As mankind moves out into the dark between the stars, let us carry Your light with us. Let everyone who treads that far know that “the heavens declare the glory of God,” and that even there Your hand shall lead them and Your right hand shall hold them. Goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
